Maltings and Granary Ltd. asked us to be involved in the construction of the Xsq mt purpose built nursing home in Laois. A nursing home can be a challenging build with all the medical requirements per room, so the poured floor insulation (TLA) offered the ability to get large areas insulated in a short space of time with high uvalues and little waste. In addition, Flowplus floor screed was installed over the insulation, providing a perfect partnership to complete the job.
